FOR ROOM BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

1. For staying at CHHOTI KOTHI – the rooms need to be booked in advance directly through our website or through Online Travel Agents.

2. For Direct Bookings through our website – 100% advance payment has to be submitted online.

3. After advance payment CHHOTI KOTHI will send a booking confirmation over email or WhatsApp on your number. In case, you do not receive the confirmation within 3 hours, please call and inform so that the communication gap if any by chance is resolved.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATIONS -If any cancellations are made any time before arrival. The advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges and will not be refunded. If for any other reason any refund is to be made, it will take 7-8 working days for the amount to get credited in the customers bank account

5. It is expected from our esteemed guests that they respect the privacy of other guests at CHHOTI KOTHI and do not cause any disturbance to them.

6. Standard Check-in time is 12:00 hrs and Check out time is 11:00 hrs.

7. For Early Check-In and Late Check-Out additional charges @ Rs. 300/- per hour will be payable and will be granted only if available at that time.

8. PETS – We do not allow pets

9. We do not accept Local ids. We do not allow unmarried couples. We reserve the right to refuse entry to such guests even if booked through Online Travel Agents and Online Platforms.

10. Guest visitors can meet in the lobby or common areas and not inside the rooms.

11. Parking is not available. We do have a personal garage, which has to be booked in advance as well. We suggest you to check with us over a call if you are planning to come by personal vehicle.

12. Please keep your belongings safe and locked.  Though it is absolutely safe yet, we do not recommend you to leave your valuables unattended in the rooms locked or otherwise. We do not take any responsibility for any claims of loss, theft or damages whatsoever.
